DLM application is a Client Side application which works with GSM Modem and SMS Gateway. DLM is used to check the delay in SMS delivery.

DLM will give the correct time frame of each SMS received over GSM modem by which the admin can monitor the delay in particular SMSC or SMS gateway.

Normally useful for testing various SMSC connection and gateway routing based on result provided by Delay log management system.

Best suited application for SMS aggregator, SMS provider etc.
